Oh no its already morning and I’m late again, as usual. I’m tired today but manage to drag myself out of bed. After two cups of green tea… I am still waiting for the buzz to kick-in. Knock knock, ding. DR yells through the closed door: “are you ready to go?” Katie yells back “I’m almost ready to go just give me a second.” And she disappears somewhere in the side yard near the wood pile. DR wonders what is keeping Katie. “Katie where are you?” No response. After looking around it seems that she is gone. Hum… well I guess I’ll go riding by myself without Katie. I hope that I have everything I need to fix my bike if I have a problem with it on my ride. Usually Katie brings all the spare parts and tools needed to take care of a minor repair in the woods. Well… I’ll just have to make due with what I have. I just want to go for a ride. I am out of here. He yells “see you later Katie.” And off he goes across the pavement and into the woods.
